Since our services relate to event tickets and digital registrations, the following applies:
1. Service Delivery

Tickets are issued electronically via email and/or downloadable QR code immediately after successful payment.

Confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
2. No Physical Shipping

As tickets are digital products, there will be no physical delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address.
3. Delivery Timeline

Ticket confirmation emails are typically sent within 5–10 minutes after payment is confirmed.

In case of delay due to payment gateway verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure spam/junk folders are checked if confirmation emails are not received.

Contact support if tickets are not received within 24 hours.
