📜 Terms & Conditions (Malaysia)

1. Introduction
Welcome to PERTUBUHAN PERAWATAN KECEMASAN KRITIKAL IPOH (IPOH EMERGENCY CRITICAL CARE SOCIETY). By purchasing tickets or registering for events through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, in accordance with the Contracts Act 1950, the Consumer Protection Act 1999, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and other applicable Malaysian laws.

2. Event Registration & Ticket Purchase

  • All registrations and ticket purchases are subject to availability.

  • By submitting your registration, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and truthful.

  • Ticket purchases are only considered valid upon receipt of full payment via our authorised payment gateway (Toyyibpay).

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and/or US Dollars (USD).

  • All payments are processed in RM. If you select USD, the system will automatically convert the amount into RM at the prevailing exchange rate set by the organiser.

4. Use of Tickets

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organiser.

  • Attendees must present their ticket (digital/printed with QR code) at the event entrance.

  • The organiser reserves the right to deny entry for invalid or duplicated tickets.

5. Cancellation, Postponement & Changes

  • The organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, government directives, public health concerns).

  • In the case of cancellation, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Changes in event details (venue, time, agenda, speakers) may occur without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Refund requests are subject to our Refund/Return Policy (see below).

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

  • We collect and process your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

  • Your data will be used only for event management, ticketing, communication, and legal compliance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The organiser shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, unless caused by proven negligence.

  • The organiser’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
