Cancellation Policy

1. Attendee Cancellation

• Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellations are allowed by the attendee.

• No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations, non-attendance, or late arrivals.
  
  

2. Organiser Cancellation/Postponement

• If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy.

• If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be available upon written request.
  
  

3. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (e.g., government directives, natural disasters, pandemics), the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule without liability, except as required by Malaysian law.
