📜 Service / Shipping / Delivery Policy

Since our services relate to event tickets and digital registrations, the following applies:

1. Service Delivery

  • Tickets are issued electronically via email and/or downloadable QR code immediately after successful payment.

  • Confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. No Physical Shipping

  • As tickets are digital products, there will be no physical delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Ticket confirmation emails are typically sent within 5–10 minutes after payment is confirmed.

  • In case of delay due to payment gateway verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure spam/junk folders are checked if confirmation emails are not received.

  • Contact support if tickets are not received within 24 hours.
