We value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth ticketing experience. This Refund & Return Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and relevant Malaysian laws.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Tickets purchased are non-refundable once confirmed, except under specific circumstances stated below.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or attendee cancellations.
3. Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may be issued under the following situations:

Event Cancellation: If the organiser cancels the event.

Double Payment/Error: If payment was charged more than once due to system or payment gateway errors.

Special Consideration: At the organiser’s discretion, under exceptional and proven circumstances.
4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [support email/contact form] within 7 days of the event cancellation or issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days via Toyyibpay or the original payment method.
5. Exchanges & Transfers

Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event unless approved by the organiser.

Name changes or ticket transfers may be allowed if requested at least 7 days before the event.
